Vichy Eye Makeup Remover emphasizes on comfort and rehydration. It is int he texture of a refreshing fluid and is enriched with cornflower water and pro-vitamin B5 to soothe skin dryness and puffy eyes. It is tested on sensitive eyes and contact lens wearer and under ophthalmological control. It has the same PH as tears.
The cleansing power is average. It does not work really well on waterproof makeup. But, the hydration and soothing effect is good!
