5-20 minute’s self-protection

Under the sun, our skin is able to protect itself even without the usage of sunscreen products. The duration of this natural suncare protect varies according to complexion. For darker complexion, self-protection may last for around 20 minutes, while for lighter complexion, self-protection may last for only 5 minutes.

How to choose suncare products

When choosing suncare products, pay attention to the SPF numbers and whether it is against UVA or UVB. UV light is composed of UV radiations with different wave length like UVA and UVB. We are always exposed to UVA (longer wave length) and it is known as the tanning ray. UVB is the main cause for skin redness and sunburn. It is the main UV light that causes skin cancer.

Combined Skin

I suggest the use of oil-control serum on T-zone before the application of suncare products. The control of oil secretion helps keep suncare product more long lasting. both UV liquid and powder foundation for combined skin. When you feel that your T-zone is oily, you may press a bit of UV powder onto your skin.
